Graduate of any 4-year course or BS psychology

1-2 years? experience as an HR

Officer or similar HR role.Excellent knowledge of various HR functions such as pay & benefits, recruitment, onboarding, evaluation, training, and development.

Good understanding of labor laws

Proficient in MS Office

Good organizational and time-management skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Problem-solver

Good decision-making skills

Strong ethical standards
