HR OFFICER -URGENT HIRING
 
Responsibilities:
Capable of handling daily operational HR tasks
Can handle records management both hard and soft copies
Ability to assist in HR projects and Employee Engagement activities
Can handle recruitment and termination of employees
Has experience in handling employee discipline
Has exposure in dealing with various government agencies
Has knowledge in compensation and benefits administration
Experienced in handling progressive disciplinary actions
Qualifications:
Graduate of any course
Male/ Female
Has a pleasing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferably with at least 1 year experience
Highly organized, result-oriented and can work with mínimal supervision
Mature outlook, open-minded, self-confident, decisive, resilient and able to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of employee relations and basic labor law
Values confidentiality, tact, and discretion in dealing with people
Strong Critical thinking skills
Can start ASAP
