**Qualifications**:

- With more than 3 years of professional experience in all HR facets
- Knowledgeable of DOLE mandated law
- Can work with mínimal or without supervision
- Able to perform under strict deadlines
- Must have a good oral and written communication skills
- Knowledgeable in MS Office - Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45000 is a plus
- Explaining the organization's policies, guidelines, rules and regulations, and culture to the staff.
- Making sure that they are given the training in their field of work according to the organization's requirements.
- Ensure that the new recruits are taught the correct use of the organization's equipment and facilities.
- Ensure that all the staff is trained in client service operations.
- Schedule and ensure that seminars are conducted on time and effectively in the organization to upgrade staff knowledge with regard to the latest developments in the organization.
- Have training materials developed and made available.

- Plan and make sure that motivational programs and counsel are implemented to excite the staff and encourage them to work to their optimum efficiency.
- Keeping a training record of every employee in the organization in conjunction with the HR department and monitoring their progress.
- Ensuring KRAs are conducted twice a year and training needs are identified and provided.
- Clarifying and answering any kind of employee doubts and queries.
- Counsel difficult or under-motivated employees.
- Comply with all ISO requirements.
- Perform other related functions as may be assigned from time to time.
- Conduct exits interviews and submits reports to management.
- Processes code of discipline by assisting supervisors write proper memos and monitoring offenses for proper action.
