Hr Officer (Employee Relations)

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field* 3+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 1 years of experience with employee and labor relations* Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws and regulations* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish credibility and trust with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making and drive business results.* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently as needed.* Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
