Position: HR Manager
Industry: Distributor Company
Location: Ugong, Pasig City
Schedule: Weekends Off (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
Salary: Php 40,000 - Php 60,000
Work Set-up: Work on Site

Requirements:
Bachelors Degree holder
At least 5-8 years of experience in HR field
At least 2-3 years in supervisory role for HR field
Amenable to work on site

Responsibilities:
Support the strategic direction and the operations of the office.
Handling HR tasks and key HR procedures.
Working closely with management, line departments, and employees.
Monitor adherence to business policies and legal requirements.
In charge of the annual manpower budget
Regulate and restrain the expense of labor.
Control HR procedures.
Monitor, review, and suggest staff welfare and perks
Carry corporate insurance
Address employee grievances
Processing of payroll
Evaluate and rationalize compensation exercises.
Examine all survey forms sent to government agencies
Ascertain that all information is timely and accurate.
Ad hoc assignments and reports.
Other tasks that may be assigned.
