The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management within the organization. This includes recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. The HR Manager will play a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies that support the organization's overall business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment and Onboarding:Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.Manage the onboarding process, including orientation, training, and documentation.Employee Relations:Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.Handle employee inquiries, complaints, and grievances in a timely and professional manner.Conduct investigations and address workplace issues.Performance Management:Establish performance expectations and goals for employees.Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.Develop and implement performance improvement plans as needed.Compensation and Benefits:Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs.Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.Conduct salary surveys and market analysis.Training and Development:Identify training needs and develop training programs.Deliver or coordinate training sessions.Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.HR Policies and Procedures:Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.Employee Engagement:Plan and implement employee engagement initiatives.Conduct employee surveys and gather feedback.Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.HR Analytics:Analyze HR data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.Track key HR metrics and report on performance.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in human resources management.Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to build strong relationships with employees and management.Strong organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in HR software and systems.Additional Skills (Preferred):Experience in Construction CompanyCertification in Human Resources Management
