Hr Manager

Job descriptions:

- Drive HR and Admin solutions, initiatives, implementation of new processes or tools in support of
business priorities, project operations and overall team engagement.
- Responsible for the implementation of ISO policies and procedures.
Qualifications:

- Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource or equivalent
**with a Masteral Degree**:

- Must have knowledge in labor mandates and legal compliances
- With excellent written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrates strong leadership and enthusiasm
- Has demonstrated experience in organizational and cultural transformation (not mandatory but shall be
an advantage)

**Salary**: Php40,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Education**:

- Master's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Human Resources Manager: 7 years (preferred)
