Reason for hiring:The current HR manager will be resigned at the end of May due to sickness.Description:As the Head of HR Management, you oversee payroll, social insurance, other employee benefits, and disciplinary actions. You will work closely with other departments to ensure fair and efficient HR management in compliance with labor laws, aiming to improve employee satisfaction and organizational efficiency.Requirements:At least over 5 years of experience in HR and labor managementDeep knowledge/experience in payroll processing social insurance procedures and DOLEKnowledge of labor laws and related regulationsExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsExperience in team managementPreferredExperience in multinational companies or the same industry is an advantageExperience in system management or project managementWork schedule: 9:00 - 6:00 Mon to FriWorking hours are subject to changeInterview: 1st online, 2nd Exam (online), Final is Face to face interview
