Duties & Responsibilities Oversees and monitors day-to-day recruitment, marketing, engagement, onboarding, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and other HR related operations Partners with the Recruitment Supervisor in creating job descriptions for newly created jobs in the organization to make sure that the recruitment and selection processes are in line with operational requirements Oversees the identification of potential candidates, interviewing, selection, and placement of candidates for reassignment, promotion, and external hire for employment Reviews manpower requirements of the company and coordinates with Department Heads regarding the manpower needs in their respective departments Oversees and maintains a smooth end-to-end onboarding process of the newly hired employees and takes part in the New Employee Orientation Collaborates with the Marketing Engagement team for the recruitment marketing, branding initiatives, employee engagement programs, and building relationships with schools and other partners Oversees and ensures liquidation of recruitment marketing department's budget Prepares recruitment and marketing reports and develops action plans to increase the team's efficiency Partners with Compensation and Benefits in compensation research and participates in the development and implementation of new competitive compensation packages and offers Oversees and ensures timely communication, execution and completion of the performance evaluation process for regularization, annual appraisals, and other salary adjustments Develops and implements the company's code of conduct and ensures policy awareness Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations and case investigations Coordinates with the company legal counsel for cases concerning labor-legal matters Maintains compliance with DOLE, DOH and local/national employment laws and regulations, and recommends best industry practices for compliance and balance of labor workforce Coordinates with the Facilities Officer on the maintenance and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance Supports and monitors company practices concerning quality management systems, information security, and other ISO standards and requirements Reviews job satisfaction surveys, exit interviews, and other feedback and leverages on the acquired information to build on retention and process improvement initiatives of the company Performs other HR functions that may be assigned from time to time Requirements & Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in Psychology or any Behavioral Science courses At least three years of Supervisory / Assistant Manager experience in Human Resources Must have experience in various HR facets (recruitment, onboarding, compensation & benefits, national employment laws and regulations) With experience in the BPO Industry is a plus Effective oral and written English communication skills Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
