Hotel Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities;

Supervise daily hotel operations to ensure quality service and guest satisfactionMonitor staffing levels and oversee employee schedules to ensure adequate coverageTrain new employees in their duties and responsibilitiesRespond to guest complaints and concerns in a timely and professional mannerMaintain hotel appearance and cleanliness standardsCollect payments and maintain records of budgets, funds, and expensesCommunicate with customers and external parties.
Qualifications;

College graduate or non-College graduate but with extensive years of experience in the Hotel Industry.Atleast 3 Years work experience as Operations Supervisor in any hotel or service oriented organization.
