QUALIFICATIONS:
? Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, and other related fields
? 8 to 10+ years of progressive experience in human resources with a strong focus on HR administration and management.
? Minimum of 3 years in a managerial role, preferably within a startup or fast-paced environment.
? Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
? Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
? Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
? Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office
? Knowledge of Odoo software is a plus
? Strong decision-making abilities
? Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
? In-depth knowledge of labor laws established by regulatory bodies and organizations
? Capability to understand complex concepts, theories, and methodologies
RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent; manage the full hiring process from job postings to onboarding.
? Employee Relations: Foster a positive workplace environment by addressing employee concerns and mediating conflicts; implement employee engagement initiatives.
? Performance Management: Design and oversee performance appraisal systems; provide guidance to managers on performance evaluations and development plans.
? Policy Development: Create and update HR policies and procedures; ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
? Training and Development: Identify training needs and facilitate professional development programs; promote a culture of continuous learning.
? Diversity and Inclusion: Lead initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion within the workplace; develop programs that enhance awareness and encourage a culture of respect and equity.
? Team Building: Organize team-building activities and events to strengthen relationships among employees; encourage collaboration and a sense of community within teams.
? Conflict Resolution: Provide mediation and conflict resolution support to managers and employees; develop strategies to address and resolve workplace issues effectively.
? HR Administration: Manage payroll, benefits, and HRIS; ensure accurate and timely administration of employee records and all employment contracts.
? Strategic Planning: Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives; participate in workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.
? Reporting and Analysis: Prepare HR metrics and reports to inform decision-making and improve HR processes; analyze employee feedback and engagement survey results to drive improvements.
? HR target achievement: goal setting according to the organization's strategy and priorities and delivering expected results through effectively supervising and managing entire HR group operations.
