About QuadX
Founded in 2015, QuadX is a leading e-commerce logistics company in the Philippines. We're the company behind GogoXpress (an online payment and delivery tool for social sellers) and ShippingCart (a cross-border shipping service connecting the US, Korea, Japan, and UK to the Philippines and Malaysia).

What You'll Do
Assist in organizing and facilitating employee engagement activities and events. Support initiatives aimed at improving employee morale and satisfaction. Assist in organizing and facilitating employee events and activities. Assist with posting job openings and screening resumes. Coordinate training sessions and development programs. Help organize and support employee programs. Assist with day-to-day HR operations and tasks. What You'll Need
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on employee engagement. Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite. Willing to work on a hybrid setup and has a personal laptop Availability for voluntary or involuntary internship. Ability to commit a minimum of 600 hours or 3 months.
