Job Description

The HR intern is expected to do the following:
Maintain and monitor OJT DTRs of current OJTsUpdates OJT Directory file on a timely basisReceives & files new hire's pre-employment requirementsReceives & files OJT requirementsChecks inventory of supplies (PPEs, new hire kits, lanyard, bond paper, folders, etc.)Prepares NDAs to be notarized and endorse for errandsPrepares IDs of new hires & OJTsLeads in the activation of call tree among OJTs (when needed)Monitors e-learning compliance checklistUpdates HR cabinets location (201, supplies, etc.)Scans, photocopies, and shreds files as requestedMaintains integrity and confidentiality at all timesParticipates in generic company activities (TGIM, Pahina, CSR, etc.)Provides assistance during company events, trainings, or seminars Provides assistance to HR as may be required
Qualifications

Education:
Any BSBA or BS Psychology backgroundCompetencies:
Preferably familiar with Google SuitesEvent ManagementPhoto/video editingGood written/oral communication skills
