The HR Business Partner is responsible to deliver strategic HR support for Filinvest Business Services. This role involves partnering with senior leadership and business units to develop and implement HR strategies that align with shared services business goals, drive organizational performance, and foster a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities: Strategic HR Leadership:Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and drive organizational success.Partner with senior leaders to provide strategic HR guidance and support.Lead the HR Business Partner team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and effective delivery of HR services.Talent Management:Oversee talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning.Collaborate with business leaders to identify talent needs and develop strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.Implement programs to enhance employee development and career growth.Employee Relations and Engagement:Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement and satisfaction.Address and resolve complex employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to HR Business Partners and managers.Implement initiatives to improve workplace culture and employee morale.Organizational Development:Drive organizational change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and implementation.Partner with business leaders to assess organizational needs and develop strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness.Lead efforts to build a high-performance culture and promote continuous improvement.HR Policy and Compliance:Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and organizational policies.Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure HR practices meet legal and regulatory standards.Data-Driven Decision Making:Utilize HR metrics and data to inform decision-making and strategy development.Generate and analyze HR reports to provide insights into key HR and business trends.Implement data-driven solutions to address HR challenges and improve organizational performance. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.Professional HR certification is highly desirable.Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a business partner model.Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.
