Hr Generalist

Manages assigned manpower request accounts
- Updates manpower request Status Report
- Sources, schedules and screens applicants based on the set competencies per position level
- Presents and discusses employment contract to the new hires
- Oversees the completion of compensation and benefit documentation
- Conducts employee onboarding
- Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, Sub-Franchise employees
- Maintains employee files and records in electronic and paper form
- Maintains calendars of the HR Sub-franchise, People Planing & Development Team

Qualification:

- With at least two (2) years of relevant work experience in Recruitment and compensation and benefits
- Work Experience in Food industry or retail is an advantage
- Highly organized and keen to details
- With good oral and written communication skills

**Salary**: Php17,000.00 - Php19,000.00 per month
