About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and skilled HR Generalist to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance. You will work closely with various departments to ensure a positive and productive work environment, driving organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
What You'll Do: Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a timely and effective manner.Performance Management: Assist in performance review processes, supporting managers and employees in setting goals and providing feedback.Training & Development: Coordinate training programs and initiatives to foster employee growth and development.Compliance: Ensure the organization adheres to legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of employment laws.HR Policies & Procedures: Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and alignment with company objectives.Compensation & Benefits: Support compensation reviews, benefits enrollment, and employee queries related to pay and benefits.HR Reporting: Maintain and update HR records and prepare reports on HR metrics to assist in decision-making.Employee Engagement: Promote and support company culture, employee engagement initiatives, and wellness programs.What We Expect From You: Experience: 2-4 years of experience in an HR Generalist or related HR role.Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.Knowledge: Solid understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices.Organizational Skills: Excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.Problem-Solving: Ability to approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset.Technology: Familiarity with HRIS systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Team Player: Ability to collaborate with various teams and build strong relationships across departments.What You'll Get In Return: Hybrid working arrangementsFlexible working arrangementsCompetitive Base SalaryGenerous paid vacationAttractive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision options that are applicable per country of residence for all our full-time employeesPaid Sabbatical LeaveCompany Culture Is At Our Core
