**Responsibilities**:
**HR**:
· To develop, implement, support, and review all HR department initiatives, policies, procedures, and systems
· Continued involvement in and refinement of the recruitment process, including generating job descriptions, posting advertisements, and managing the hiring process
· Cultivate training and development programs
· Participate in performance evaluation processes if necessary
· Composure and confidentiality required to handle disciplinary and grievance issues
· Administrative duties, including upkeep of employee record
· Compliance with all policies and legal requirements
· Perceptive nature, careful monitoring of working conditions to ensure legal compliance
· Overseeing hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks
· Provide support to Compensation and Benefit Administrator.
Attends seminars related to the department and disseminate the information.
**General Affairs**:
· Monitoring and Submission of necessary reports related to DOLE and BI.
· Monitoring of employee welfare benefits.
· Ensure that all General Affairs matters are functioning in accordance with the company's established procedures, rules and regulations and find solutions towards any issue that may arise.
· Direct reporting and should work closely to the HR & General Affairs Manager.
· Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

**Salary**: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
