Job Summary: We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Human Resources & General Affair Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations, human resources policies, programs, and practices. This role includes maintaining work structures, supporting staff organization, managing pay plans, and ensuring employee satisfaction. Responsibilities:
Leading sales opportunities by engaging with prospects and key customers.Create and articulate compelling value propositions, responsible for identifying and exploring new potential opportunities.Strong involvement in making deals and decision making processes.Building strong relationships with key customers. Requirements: Update and create new job application and onboarding procedures.Supervise and evaluate the performance of the recruiting team.Monitor recruiting metrics and report on them.Develop and use new methods to find candidates.Choose and manage job advertising options.Create strategies to improve the companys reputation as an employer.Work with department managers to predict hiring needs.Keep up-to-date with labor legislation and inform the team of changes.Attend job fairs and career events to attract talent.Build relationships with HR professionals, colleges, and other partners.
