Job Description: Collaborate closely with departments to understand organizational goals and objectives, aligning HRGA (Human Resources & General Administration) initiatives accordingly.Leads and supervises the tea of HRGA, providing mentorship, guidance, and support in their day-to-day activities.Reviews, develops and implements HR policies, processes career development and succession planning.Oversees and develops HRGA programs including recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, training & development, employee relation & engagement, performance management, OSH and administration.Evaluates compensation and benefits programs and recommends, modification to maintain the organization's competitive position in the market place.Ensures compliance with local employment laws and regulations, recommending best practices and modifying policies as necessary to maintain compliance.Stays informed about trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in HR, talent management, and employment law, and communicates these changes to leaders, managers, top management and the HRGA team.Monitors department requisition procedures and ensures all orders are documented and accounted for.Participates in the department budget planning and manages the HRGA budget,Supervises and coordinates the efficient management of administrative services.Provides assistance in the travel and overseas-related functions of management and its employees.Analyzes HRIS data to identify trends and develop strategies in improving HR processes.Performs other job-related duties as assigned. Job Qualification: Bachelor's Degree – Preferably in Psychology/ Behavioral Science / Human Resource Management / Social Sciences or equivalentMinimum of five (5) years of experience in HR management or supervisory role.Excellent written, verbal, listening communication and negotiation skills.Proficiency in job description and job evaluation.Exceptional time management skills with the ability to meet deadline effectively.Proven supervisory and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.Adaptability to the needs of the organization and its employees.Thorough understanding of the Philippine Labor Code and Labor Standard.
