Job DescriptionPosition Overview We are seeking a dedicated and strategic HR Manager based in the Philippines to join our team and lead our human resources department with integrity and professionalism. In this role, you will oversee all HR functions, manage employee relations, ensure compliance with labor laws, and support the company's growth by implementing effective HR strategies.
Responsibilities: Directly report to the Chief Operating OfficerUphold the HR department and perform your role with the utmost integrity.Manage all areas of HR responsibilities for current and future needs with diligence and honesty.Provide strategic planning and resolution for all HR-related concerns that stem from past to present administration.Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws, regulatory requirements, and company objectives.Manage onboarding, retention, and offboarding process.Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluation, and feedback.Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.Ensure compliance with HR-related laws and regulations, such as labor standards, health and safety, and data privacy.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or any related field.Proven experience in human resources, with in-depth knowledge of HR processes, policies, and labor laws, particularly within EOR (Employer of Record) models, manpower services, and related fields.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.Amenable to report in Eastwood, Quezon City.Why RecruitGo?RecruitGo seamlessly links world-class business partners with top-tier global talent in emerging markets.
