HR COORDINATOR | MINIMUM 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE

 

Oversee implementation of HR policies and programs, management, oversight, administration, and evaluation of HR function and management of the day-to-day HR processes.

 

JOB FUNCTIONS:
Supports the Chief Administrative Officer in administering HR policies and similar programs

Implement and oversee HR objectives, policies, procedures, and programs to align people operations with the organization's culture and strategic objectives

Manage employee engagement to build positive work relationships, and morale, and increase productivity and

retentionConduct annual analysis of compensation, benefits, and economic trends

Maintain HRIS, personnel files, and records to ensure appropriate record-keeping standards are met

Identify legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must have at least 1 year experience

knowledgeable in Philippine Labor Policy

Proficient in Employee and Labor Relations

Demonstrated experience in Government compliance and regulations
