Hr Coordinator

Details of the offer

• Assists with "on-boarding" new hires, Orientation of basic policy on site and Introducing to team.
• Registration of new hires to biometrics and required updating of Master list.
• Schedules and facilitates employee training and the corresponding records.
• Assists in the administration and processing of employees complains or claims.
• Serving of Notice to Explain and Disciplinary actions based from company policy.
• Provides administrative support to the Human Resources Department as needed (e.g. correspondence generation, record keeping, file maintenance, HR updates).
• Prepares and distributes HR correspondence to managers and employees.
• Facilitates schedule, site level reward and recognition programs for GA.
• Manages the leave of absence process for all employees.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Updating Bulletin Board.
• Coordinates the processing of time cards and submits TK to Accounting Department.
• Manage HR department invoices and billing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
• BS Psychology graduate is advantage or any other related course
• With 1-2 years experience as Hr Admin/Coordinator
• Good communication skills both verbal and written
• With Complete requirements
• With own service or motorcycle is advantage
• Willing to start ASAP!
