As a Recruitment Manager, you will play a crucial role in attracting top talent and ensuring a
smooth hiring process. He/she will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring
top talent to fuel our company's growth.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Develop and implement innovative and effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified
candidates
? Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and tailor recruitment
strategies accordingly
? Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media
platforms, and professional networks
? Conduct thorough interviews and evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for various
positions within the organization
? Manage and nurture relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process to
cultivate strong talent pipelines
? Coordinate and facilitate selection processes, including scheduling interviews, conducting
reference checks, and negotiating job offers
? Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to identify areas of improvement
and optimize recruitment strategies
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
? Proven experience as a recruitment manager or in a similar role within the Marketing and
Advertising industry at least 3 solid years
? Has a vast and expansive network of recruitment sources for various roles and demands
? Has understanding and skills of analyzing recruitment analytics
? Extensive knowledge of recruitment best practices and a solid understanding of current
hiring trends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with hiring
managers and candidates
? Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes
simultaneously
? Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
? Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities to effectively evaluate
candidates' qualifications and fit
? Experience mass/volume recruitment
