HR & Compliance Manager Job Responsibilities: Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organizationManage the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources:lead and guide HR team to deliver bestManage functions:recruitment, training, data management, attendance, payroll, compensation & benefits, labor law, compliance, policies and procedures and HR best practices developmentConduct performance management (coaching, review, documentation, etc.) that drives high performanceBridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issuesEnsure legal compliance throughout human resource managementDevelop memos, company policies & submit compliance reports and other documents required by government agenciesManage and control the company's overall human resource costsNurture a positive working environmentJob Qualifications: Graduate of Human Resources Management, Psychology, or any business related courseMinimum of 5 years of HR Management working experience in supervisory & managerial level in manufacturing industries; bags, garments, apparel industries are preference.Has a full understanding of Labour Laws and employment regulationsWith strong ethics, highly motivated, self-driven, excellent interpersonal skills in written and verbal, computer literate in MS OfficeAbility to develop and deliver HR strategies in a fast- paced business environment.Possess leadership qualities to lead and motivate a team and also be able to interact across all levels within the companyFull knowledge of Client AuditMust be highly analytical, hardworking, and can handle pressure
