Job Description As a Paralegal , your role encompasses a range of pivotal responsibilities. Reporting to the Vice President of Licensing, you will conduct intricate research at both federal and city levels, addressing legal concerns tied to mortgage originations licensing. Your keen eye will ensure compliance with state guidelines as you review branch accounts through NMLS and Consumer Access sites. In addition, you will play a key role in completing and filing business license applications, contributing to the smooth functioning of our client's legal operations.

What do you need to succeed Minimum of 3 years' experience as a paralegal or legal assistant, with Paralegal Certification or equivalent work expertise.
Previous exposure to real estate, mortgage, financial services, or law firms dealing with residential mortgages is advantageous.
Proven ability to excel in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
Outstanding communication skills.
Independent and proactive work approach, with a knack for task prioritization and completion.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PPT familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
