Job Duties and Responsibilities:•Updates and maintain the Employee 201 Files and Employee Database in the HR Information System and/or Master Employee List•Reconciles and validates all employee government-mandated records by checking the completeness of remittances report•Ensures timely preparation of timekeeping and payroll reports•Inventory of employee records like 201 file, government remittances, contract of manpower agencies, billings like medical/insurance and manpower agencies, etc.•Prepares and maintains a book for statutory benefits including updates on regulation/guidelines•Employee files clean-up for filing/storage - e.g. 201 of active and separated employees•Set-up of forms for SSS, HDMF and salary loan with attached list of requirements Job Qualifications: •Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management or equivalent•Must have at least 5-8 years of relevant working experience in the field of Human Resources specializing in Compensation and Benefits•Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)•Excellent oral and written communication skills•Must be proactive and flexible•Organized and keen to details•Must have strong emotional maturity and can work under pressure •Willing to work overtime as necessary•Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be comfortable in dealing with employees across all levels in the organization•Must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City
