About the role As HR Business Analyst you are bridging the gap between HR and business unites by analyzing data and processes to improve HR functions and drive strategic decision-making. This position involves gathering and analyzing data related to business and employee performance, organizational design, labor costs, recruitment, retention and comp and ben in order to drive the Nexperia strategic models. You will work with stakeholders all over the globe to further professionalize the HR organization.
What you will do Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data from various sources, such as HRIS and SAP. Conduct analysis following the Nexperia strategic models in order to drive data driven decision making. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to present insights and trends to HR leadership and other stakeholders. Further improve the HR analytical capability and landscape.  Serve as a liaison between HR, finance, IT, and other departments to facilitate data sharing and collaboration. Communicate complex data insights and recommendations to non-technical audiences in a clear and actionable manner. What you will need Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certification is a plus. Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvement. Proven experience with HRIS and data visualization tools such as Power BI, or similar. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with statistical analysis tools is preferred. Understanding of HR processes and systems Excellent (English) communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to non-technical audiences.
