We are seeking a motivated FP&A Analyst / Corporate Financial Planner with 2-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong skill set in financial modeling and reporting, with a preference for candidates with real estate experience or exposure to secondary verticals such as private equity or hedge funds. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, a self-starter mentality, and a hunger for professional growth.
Responsibilities: Assist in the development and execution of the company's financial planning and analysis processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.Prepare financial models to support strategic decision-making, investment analysis, and business planning initiatives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data, analyze performance metrics, and identify key insights to drive business performance.Generate regular and ad hoc financial reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights into financial trends and performance drivers.Conduct sensitivity analysis and scenario planning to assess the potential impact of various business decisions and market conditions.Support the evaluation of investment opportunities, including acquisitions, partnerships, and capital projects, through financial modeling and due diligence.Continuously improve financial planning and analysis processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Key Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.Excellent English language skills both verbal and written2-5 years of experience as an FP&A analyst, preferably in real estate or related industries such as private equity or hedge funds.Strong proficiency in financial modeling, with advanced Excel skills; experience with financial planning software is a plus.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.Entrepreneurial mindset with a hunger for growth and a willingness to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity in financial analysis and reporting.
