**Qualifications**:

- At least 2 years in the related field is required for this position
- Graduate of Human Resource Management, Psychology or any related field
- Knowledge of Labor Law
- Experience in screening and interviewing job applicants
- Exposure to compensation and benefits
- Familiarity with BIR regulations related to enrollment of new employees with RDO
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook tools, Excel, and basic reporting tools
- Experience with Timekeeping/ Attendance and HR system
- Has the ability to effectively manage high volume administrative tasks, data entry, and high accuracy.
Can manage multiple tasks.
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
Excellent writing skills and has experience in writing announcements, memos, policies, etc.
- Strong analytical with high attention to detail
- Amenable to work on-site three times a week in Makati City

**Hiring and Recruitment**
- Create and publish job ads in various portals
- Schedule interviews and exams
- Facilitates background investigations
- Assist with pre-employment requirements, contract signing, and new hire orientation

**Payroll Administration**
- Process new payroll bank account
- Timekeeping
- Maintain up-to-date shift, leaves, attendance records
- Handle all timekeeping related inquiries

**Benefits Administration**
- Process employee's reimbursement claims
- Enrolls the principal and dependents to the HMO provider
- Administer the HMO program and assist all inquiries/ concerns of employees about the HMO.
**Admin**
- Enrollment of new employees with BIR RDO
- Database management and record-keeping
- Produce and submit weekly/monthly/annual reports to Management
- Scouts for training/seminars
- Will be appointed as the DOLE Health & Safety Officer/ First Aider
- Assists in organizing the Employee Relations activities
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Php21,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
