Qualifications:

Native Thai speaker with excellent English communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, HR Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, or HR, with a strong preference for experience in the BPO or IT industry, particularly within AI-driven environments.
Proven track record in managing teams and complex projects within the AI or tech-driven BPO sector.
Strong understanding of the AI industry, including data annotation, content moderation, and testing processes.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with AI-specific projects, particularly in data annotation and testing.Familiarity with Thai regulations and standards in the BPO and tech industries.
