What You'll Do:
Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
Welcome new hires with a seamless onboarding experience and guide departing employees through smooth transitions.Collect and manage all onboarding documentation with precision.Conduct engaging and informative orientations for new team members.Collaborate with departments to ensure smooth team integrations.Oversee exit procedures, including insightful exit interviews to drive continuous improvement.
Handle Disciplinary Actions & Employee Relations
Enforce company policies fairly and consistently.Manage employee relations and conflicts with professionalism and discretion.Draft and issue formal communications like memorandums and corrective actions.Be the go-to person for resolving employee grievances and fostering a positive workplace environment.
Boost Employee Engagement & Development
Keep employees informed and engaged with updates on HR policies and initiatives.Develop and implement programs to boost morale and employee satisfaction.Collect and act on feedback to continually improve the employee experience.Champion employee growth through training and development programs that empower our workforce.
Documentation & Compliance
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with legal and company standards.Prepare and submit regular activity reports to the Operations Manager. What We're Looking For: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.In-depth knowledge of HR processes—especially in recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and disciplinary measures.Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive employee information.Excellent time management and organizational skills.
