What You'll Do: Employee Onboarding & Offboarding - Welcome new hires with a seamless onboarding experience and guide departing employees through smooth transitions. - Collect and manage all onboarding documentation with precision. - Conduct engaging and informative orientations for new team members. - Collaborate with departments to ensure smooth team integrations. - Oversee exit procedures, including insightful exit interviews to drive continuous improvement. Handle Disciplinary Actions & Employee Relations - Enforce company policies fairly and consistently. - Manage employee relations and conflicts with professionalism and discretion. - Draft and issue formal communications like memorandums and corrective actions. - Be the go-to person for resolving employee grievances and fostering a positive workplace environment. Boost Employee Engagement & Development - Keep employees informed and engaged with updates on HR policies and initiatives. - Develop and implement programs to boost morale and employee satisfaction. - Collect and act on feedback to continually improve the employee experience. - Champion employee growth through training and development programs that empower our workforce. Documentation & Compliance - Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with legal and company standards. - Prepare and submit regular activity reports to the Operations Manager.What We're Looking For:- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role. - In-depth knowledge of HR processes—especially in recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and disciplinary measures. - Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. - Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive employee information. - Excellent time management and organizational skills.
