Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in any field
1-2 years of HR experience, preferably in a Shared Service environment
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
Keen attention to detail
Maintain employee confidentiality
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge and experience in Workday and ServiceNow is a plus
Enjoys working with diverse cultural backgrounds
Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including night shifts
