Job descriptionDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Assists in the processing of government contributions and loans, then endorses accounting for payment in a timely manner.- In-charge of processing government benefits and in-house company benefits in a timely manner.- Process HMO enrollment, update, and deletion for the account officer in a timely manner.- Prepares HRIS credentials for newly hired employees during onboarding.- Creates personnel action notice for employees with movements pertaining to changes in employment status, transfer, or re-designation.- Processes the timekeeping of all employees and generates reports for payroll in a timely manner. Handling employee inquiries and concerns regarding compensation and benefits.- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor or manager.JOB COMPETENCIES:- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the Philippines related to compensation and benefits.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Attention to detail and accuracy.- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
