• Coordinates with agencies all timekeeping and related concerns Prepares Payment Requests for
approval of HR Manager Monitors incoming and outgoing billing statements from various
agencies
Assists in the preparation and execution of Employee Engagement activitiesPrepares timekeeping and Health Declaration reports of employees Provides administrative
support to HR officers as needed
