We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant - Compensation & Benefits to join our dynamic HR team.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the administration of employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and employee satisfaction.
Responsibilities

Compensation Administration:
Assist in the administration of compensation programs, including salary surveys, job evaluations, and pay adjustments.
Research and analyze compensation data to ensure competitive pay practices.
Prepare and process payroll information, including employee deductions, bonuses, and commissions.
Maintain accurate employee compensation records.
Benefits Administration:
Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement plans.
Conduct benefits enrollment and assist employees with questions and claims.
Maintain accurate records of employee benefits enrollment and eligibility.
Assist with the coordination of open enrollment periods and communicate benefit changes to employees.
Ensure compliance with all relevant benefits laws and regulations.
Data Entry and Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS systems (e.g., (mention specific systems if applicable)).
Prepare and maintain various HR reports and dashboards.
Assist with data entry and analysis for compensation and benefits purposes.
Employee Relations:
Respond to employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits.
Assist with the resolution of employee benefit-related issues.
Other Duties as Assigned:
Perform other administrative duties as assigned, such as filing, photocopying, and answering phone calls.
