Client Profile: This company was founded in 2020. It manufactures and distributes currency handling products for the financial and distribution markets. They specialize in money handling equipment. Their product lines, which include unit items, are well-received in a wide range of markets.
Position: HR and General Affairs Associate
Company Industry: Manufacturing Company
Location: Laguna
Salary Offer: Php16,000 - Php22,000
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 7am-4pm
Work Set Up: Onsite
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree holder
With experience in different HR facets is an advantage
Willing to start ASAP
Job Responsibilities:
Manage the entire training process in compliance with ISO procedures.
Managing employee labor relations in compliance with DOLE.
Review and update employee policies and regulations.
Responsible for keeping ISO documents safe and updated.
Monitor the daily office administrative operations.
Coordinate all travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, transportation, and any work-related activities.
Document retention
Conduct business to support company tasks such as general administration, document creation and management, and welfare.
Welcome and greet visitors at the door, and provide translation services.
Procurement and inventory control for office and pantry goods.
Responsible for overall office administration, including photo machines, printers, telephony, power, water, air conditioning, pantry, and snacks.
