HR AND ADMIN STAFF-- SAN JUAN MANILA SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage calendar and scheduling.Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting
memos, and preparing communications on the executive's behalf
Handle internal and external communications, presentations and reports.Book travel arrangements, including lodging, transportation, and activities for
executives.
Prepare food and make minutes for office meetings.Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.Organize and maintain the office filing system.Monitor company insurance and vehicle registration & payments.Monitor materials related to the board of directors.Prepare and assist company events. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: College GraduateAt least 1 year experience as Admin. StaffProficient in MS Office SCHEDULE AND WORK ARRANGEMENT: On site ( san juan manila)Temporary Compressed work week (Monday to Friday) from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.Original schedule: Monday to Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
