Job Qualifications:
A baccalaureate degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, and Human Resource. A graduate degree is desirable but not required.
At least five (5) years of continuous work either in a supervisor or consulting position in the OD-HR field.
Must have in-depth knowledge of the following:
Job Compensation Design
Recruitment and Selection
Performance Management
Learning and Development
Competency-based Human Resource
Must have a general knowledge in the Strategic Planning tools and framework such as PEST-LIED, Porter's Five Forces, McKinsey 7S, Balanced Scorecard, Value Proposition Design, Business Modelling, etc.
Competence and skills in a combination of any of the following is an advantage:
Job analysis and design
Research for benchmarking and job market profiling
Formulation of performance measures
Written and oral communication skills including presentation and public speaking
Training needs analysis and design
Proficiency in any productivity suites like Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and collaboration suites like Microsoft Outlook, Trello, psychometric tools like 16 Personalities, MBTI, Gallup's StrengthsFinder, etc.
Interviewing and preparation of reports.
This position will require the following:

Initiative to organize work, to establish timeframes, and to coordinate with other staff or consultants who can contribute the most to the completion of work.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Design and prepare guidelines, forms, and templates for recruitment and selection.
Manage the recruitment and acquisition of talent for the company and its affiliates.
Recommend and/or roll-out recruitment and selection programs.
Design and prepare guidelines, forms, and templates for performance management aligned with strategic objectives and measures.
Assist in the review and/or installation of performance measures linked to core competence and strategy.
Conduct job analysis and design and prepare appropriate job descriptions of positions existing in the approved organizational structure.
Facilitate, develop, and/or implement learning and development programs.
Gather data and best practices across industries related to compensation and benefits on a regular basis.
Recommend the appropriate and most competitive compensation structure aligned with strategic needs and benchmarked against prevailing industry norms.
Assist or facilitate the preparation of the code of conduct and employee manual.
Compile and update regulatory references related to human resource management and development.
Assist or facilitate in framing vision and mission statements for clients, PFBC, and its affiliate companies.
Gather and synthesize all outputs from the strategic planning / organizational development assessment activities and prepare them as inputs needed for creation of report.
Facilitate and/or prepare the OSE document.
Facilitate and/or manage the roll-out of the OSE programs of clients, PFBC, and its affiliate companies.
Act as chief advocate and innovator of PFBC OSE program and its allied programs such as Talent & Organization Matching (TOM) and the Key Process Management Consulting (KPMC).
