The Administrative Assistant with a focus on payroll will provide specialized support in managing payroll processes, alongside general administrative duties.
Requirements HR ADMIN ASSISTANT Job Description: • Handle internal and external HR inquiries, providing accurate and timely information. • Maintain and update employee records in both paper and digital formats, including tracking holiday and sickness leaves. • Process payroll and assist with documenting employee compensation and benefits. • Support the organization and delivery of HR training programs, workshops, and seminars. • Provide general administrative assistance to office staff and managers. • Perform a variety of clerical tasks, including filing, document logging, and photocopying. • Manage both electronic and hard copy filing systems, ensuring proper document organization. • Assist in resolving administrative issues as they arise. • Perform other duties as assigned to support overall office operations. • Recording and monitoring financial transactions • Handling accounts receivable • Verifying the accuracy of accounting data • Reconciling company accounts • Managing payroll and tracking related data • Assisting with tax payments and filings • Collaborating with accounting as needed Qualifications: • Proven experience as an HR assistant, administrative assistant, or in a related role. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Proficiency in any MS Office Application • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
