Job Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with their online hotel reservations, ensuring a smooth booking process.
• Provide customer service. Address inquiries and concerns with a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Work with team members to improve the customer experience. Also, help the Online Hotel Reservations account succeed.
