Position: Hotel Operations Manager (Earn Up to Php150,000)

Work Location: Dasmarinas, Makati
Work Schedule: 6 days per week
Salary: Php150,000

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
? Bachelor's degree holder
? With 3-5 years hotel management experience
? With experience handling all aspects of hotel operations
? Must be willing to stay in the villa
? Willing to work 6 days per week
? Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Ensures that all the rooms and facilities are maintained to high standards
?Handles the procurement of daily items needed for the villa
? Create and implement service standard and ensures that all employees will adhere to this
? Ensure all guest receive professional and friendly reception
?Recruit, train and manage villa staff and foster positive working environment
?Calmly and promptly handles various emergencies and resolve issues
