Our customer service agents are essential workers for our business. You will respond to customer questions and offer solutions that contribute to the creation of wonderful customer experiences. QUALIFICATIONS:

Excellent communication skills are a must.
With at least 1 year call center experience
Has good customer service orientation
Has good communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledgeable in MS Office and internet browsing
