We're hiring a Customer Service Representative to join in QC. The role will focus on the Ride Sharing account.

Your Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service support, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality.
Needed Qualifications
Education: High School Graduate (Old curriculum) / ALS GraduateMinimum 6 months of BPO/contact center experience (preferably 1 year or more solid customer service experience)Must be willing to work on-site To be discussed during Interview:
