Job Description:
Overview: We are seeking a highly knowledgeable and detail-oriented Heavy Equipment and Truck Inventory Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in inspecting and managing incoming surplus from Japan - trucks and heavy equipment, ensuring they meet our standards. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for maintaining organized records, conducting mandatory preventative maintenance scheduling (PMS), and supporting sales efforts to promote and sell equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Inspection and Reporting:
o Conduct thorough inspections of incoming trucks and heavy equipment to identify any mechanical or cosmetic issues.
o Report findings to management clearly and promptly.
2. Inventory Management:
o Catalog each piece of equipment with accurate details, maintaining an up-to-date inventory database.
o Create and maintain organized files for all equipment, including documentation of inspections, maintenance schedules, and other pertinent information.
3. Preventative Maintenance Scheduling (PMS):
o Develop and manage a comprehensive PMS program to ensure all equipment operates efficiently and safely.
o Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with industry standards.
4. Sales and Marketing:
o Utilize industry knowledge to assist in marketing and selling surplus trucks and equipment.
5. Quality Assurance and Compliance:
o Ensure all equipment meets company and regulatory standards before listing for sale.
o Stay current with regulations and standards related to truck and heavy equipment to ensure ongoing compliance.
Qualifications:
• Must be residing in Bulacan. Office location is Balagtas, Bulacan.
• Proven experience with heavy equipment and trucks, including an understanding of mechanical systems and maintenance requirements.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for effective reporting and collaboration.
• Sales acumen with the ability to promote and market trucks and equipment.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
