- Lead and manage the team members that are responsible for various administrative tasks
- Manage attendance and prepare reports about team performance
- Assign and delegate tasks, set deadlines, and ensure the quality content of team performance
- Train and coach the team members, and communicate the team goals, deadlines and quotas
- Conduct team meetings to keep the members understand their responsibilities and be informed of new tasks
- Develop strategies that will ensure team members to follow company rules and regulations
