Live Chat Specialist

Job Description:

MetroMart is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Live Chat Specialist to join our team in Quezon City, NCR, PH. As a Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our live chat platform. You will engage with customers in real-time, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product recommendations.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Analyze customer interactions and provide feedback to improve service quality
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
- Meet and exceed performance targets and goals

Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask
- Critical thinking and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
