Qualification :
- Atleast 5 years experience in a similar role working on QS Dept. of a Construction firm or similar field.
- Capable of using various QS related tools and applications for data analysis.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Primary Task :
- Prepare cost estimate & material take off job orders, requested bid scope of works (fit out).
- Prepare plans, design & layout for bidding including in the scope of works in AutoCAD Layouts.
- Prepare procurement and supply materials for quotation, including necessary documents with drawings and specifications.
- Overseas QS personnel assigned to various project sites.
