Main Role of Head of Talents for BAI Social:
The Head of Talents is the forefront liaison between BAI Social and the creators. His/her main priority is to build the creator community in Visayas and Mindanao through the support of management and the Creator Relations Managers that he/she manages.
The head of talents makes sure that all the necessary details for pitches and recommendations are provided to the team and to the client.
Internal Responsibilities:
Oversees the daily operations of the Creator Relations Managers
Responsible for the employee being of his/her team
Approves leaves, evaluates the team,
Joins major pitches if necessary
Final checking of (1) Motion of Agreement and contracts, (2) Timelining, (3) Creator Monitoring Sheet, (4) Project Costing, which includes but not limited to posting fee, and Payment Request Form.
External Responsibilities:
Official representative of BAI Social
Establish long-term relationships with talents/influencers/agencies such as stars, celebrities, media content creators
Spearheads the training, management, and routine maintenance:
BAI Academy
Hatchery
Support talents/influencers/agencies to improve their content performance and reputation.
Assist in drafting and revising related policies of talents/influencers/agencies management.
