Their key responsibilities include exceeding annual sales targets, formulating and executing strategic plans for sales growth, fostering enduring customer relationships, and staying attuned to industry trends. RESPONSIBILITIES: Achieve sales targets by taking ownership of the end-to-end sales operations. Strategically plan and execute initiatives to meet sales targets and broaden the customer base. Cultivate enduring customer relationships, collaborating to understand their business goals and requirements. Effectively communicate value propositions through persuasive presentations and proposals. Stay informed about industry-specific trends and landscapes. Understand category-specific landscapes and trends for informed decision-making. Provide insightful reports on factors influencing tactical budgets and the strategic direction of accounts. Effectively promote the company's products and services through value-driven relationships. Guide, lead, and motivate the sales team in the achievement of value-based revenue goals. QUALIFICATIONS: PREFERRED- F candidate 5 years of working experience in a managerial role 10 years of sales experience in service and retail etc. Adept at using system tools such as CRM, sales automation, and analytics Excellent communication skills In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and best practices.
